What is the Personal Question and Answer in the sign up form?
The personal question and answer are there in case you forget your password and need to retrieve it. Make sure you choose a question and answer you will remember.
What is the "Referral Code" in the sign up form?
In case you were referred to The Spire Club by another member, and you got a referral code from this member you should type it in the "Referral Code" box. Typing the referral code you received will ensure your referrer will be credited for referring you. Use your own referral code to get credit for new members you refer to The Spire Club.
Earnings Report
What is the Earnings Report and what can i find there?
The Earning Report is where you can find detailed information about your earnings in The Spire Club.
The Earnings Report is divided into columns which you can sort by clicking on the title of each column.
Date - The date of the transaction
From - The source of the money you received. The source can be either the username of the member you received money from (All users who joined after you), The club's management (Admin) or Club's Revenue Share which is the revenue shared from The Spire Club's advertising revenue.
Type - The type of payment you received. Details the origin of the payment you received.
Amount ($) - The amount of money you received.
Total - Total money you received (all time)
Pending Amount - Displays the amount of money of pending cashouts.
Paid Amount - Displays the amount of money of processed cashout - Money you received to your PayPal account.
Current Balance - Displays the current balance in your member account.
What is "Pending Amount"?
Pending Amount Displays the amount of money of pending cashouts. Once the cash out is processed and the money is sent to the PayPal account, this amount will be zeroed.

How is the money distributed between the members? or how exactly does this works?
While we can't actually reveal the mathematical formula The Spire Club was based on, we can reveal all the possible earning sources for our members. As a Spire Club Member you earn from members joining after you (You earn from every member who joins The Spire Club after you) as we divide the membership fee between our members. In addition our members earn from new members they refer to The Spire Club. Another source of income for our members is the advertisement revenue sharing, we share our revenue from The Spire Club's advertisers between our members. Finally, our members receive special bonuses from time to time.
The Spire Club was designed in a way that you don't actually have to do anything in order to make money aside from being a member.
How much does it cost to be a member with The Spire Club?
The one time membership fee costs $10. The membership fee is for life time membership with The Spire Club and there will be no additional costs.
How much money can i make with The Spire Club?

How do i pay the one time membership fee?
We accept PayPal and so you can pay with all major credit cards and of course, PayPal itself.
How do i get paid?
We pay with PayPal.
Cashout
How do i request a cash out?
In order to request a Cashout please follow these steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on "Request Cashout".
3. Enter the amount you wish to cash out at the "Cashout Amount" text box.
4. Enter your "PayPal ID" and click on "Send Request".
How long does it take to process cash outs?
It usually takes between 24-48 hours to process a cashout. Cashouts are processed faster if the PayPal account used for the payment of the membership fee is the same as the one used for the Cashout.
Refer a Friend
Can i invite my friends to join The Spire Club?
Yes you can and you should. Every friend referred by you, joining The Spire Club will make you money! You can read more in the "Refer a Friend" section inside your account.
How can i refer a friend?
There are four ways of inviting your friends to join The Spire Club, once you login to your account, click on the "Refer a Friend" section and you will have the following options available:
1. Invite Your Friend By E-mail - send your friend a personalized invitation by e-mail.
2. Give Your Friends a Link to join - send your friends your referral link, by clicking on this link, your friends will be referred to The Spire Club by you.
3. Give Your Friends Your Referral Code - send your friends your referral code. They will need to enter it during the sign up process in the required place.
4. Advertise The Spire Club Using Marketing Tools - if you have a website / blog you can place the banner codes which already contains your referral link and every member joining using this link will be tracked under you. There are currently 3 available banner sizes.
How many friends can i invite?
There's no limit to how many friends you can invite. The more friends you bring the more money you make!
What is my referral code?
Your referral code is also your username. You can find your referral code in the "Refer a Friend" section once you log in to your account.
Security and Privacy
Is The Spire Club secure?
Your personal data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible to a limited number of employees with special access rights. Financial and sensitive transactions are carried out through PayPal's secured server.
Why do you need my personal details?
The Spire Club is sharing its advertisement revenues with its members. We aim to display relevant advertisements to our members in order to attract more advertisers and increase The Spire Club's revenue. In addition in order to prevent fraud and money laundering we are required to verify every member's details. We will never give or sell your personal details to anyone, they are for our own usage only.
E-mails
Why don't i receive E-mails from The Spire Club?
In case you are not receiving e-mails from The Spire Club, please follow these steps:
1. Check your junk / spam folder and verify it didn't get there by mistake.
2. Make sure noreply@spireclub.com is in your safe senders list.
3. Login to your account and verify the e-mail you entered during registration is correct. You can find it in the "My Details" section.
What is your anti spam policy?
The Spire Club prohibits the use of its members' information in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam").
The Spire Club owns the information of its members and will not sell, trade, transfer or rent your personal info to any third party outside of its associated or affiliate companies.
The Spire Club does not permit or authorize its associate or affiliated companies to use, collect, compile or obtain any information about its customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses.
How can i unsubscribe from The Spire Club?
Any e-mail sent from the Spire Club has a link at the bottom with which you can unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails.
You can also unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Spire Club account.
2. Click on "My Details"
3. Scroll down to the bottom and check / uncheck the relevant boxes to unsubscribe.

What am i supposed to see in the Spire Club stats?
The Spire Club stats displays statistics about The Spire Club such as the total number of members, a ranking table displaying the members in the order they joined the club and financial statistics which displays the total amount of money distributed to The Spire Club members. This amount reflects the membership fee of the users (as it is distributed to the members), The Spire Club's advertisement revenue share and any bonuses given by the management to the users.
How can i contact The Spire Club?
It's best to contact The Spire Club using the "Contact Us" form. If you're a member you can easily correspond with The Spire Club by following these steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on "Contact us" (the one in the member's area).
3. Type your query in the box and click submit.
4. You can check back every now and then to see if you have a reply from The Spire Club's management and in addition you will be notified by e-mail once you have a new reply.
We will do our best to reply within 24-48 hours.
How can i change my personal details?
You can easily change your personal details by login into your account and clicking on "My Details". Make sure you click on "Update" once you are done to save the changes. Please note that you can't change your login name (username)

No. A pyramid scam or MLM is fully dependant on members recruiting members whereas in The Spire Club members are not required to recruit members to make money.
